- Lead the planning for hydrogeochemical projects
- Direct and mentor junior technical staff
- Offer senior technical support for project initiatives
- Participate in community and industry engagements
- Ensure the delivery of quality-focused reports
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field
- At least 10 years of related experience
- Proficiency in geochemical modeling software is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and project oversight experience
