FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER

The Nipawin Oasis is looking for a family support worker to be part of this wonderful team we are accepting resumes for those interested in full time position 35-40 hrs a week.
You will need the following and be able to demonstrate your:
Education and/or experience working with families
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to provide support to families
Provide education and support for life skills, modeling appropriate boundaries, parenting skills, household management
Promote healthy child development and positive interaction between family members
Provide transportation for participants as needed
Record keeping and maintain confidentiality
Be reliable, punctual and responsible
Computer literacy
Positive role model
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Awareness of community resources, child development, positive parenting skills and knowledge, stress and interpersonal management.
Must have a valid driver's license and criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
Salary is $20-$26/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
