Agent(e) de soutien technique bilingue (anglais et français)

Ce que nous vous offrons :
Poste à temps plein (5 quarts par semaine)
Taux horaire de 22,90 $
Mandat temporaire à long terme (minimum de 12 mois)
Télétravail

Vos responsabilités :
Offrir un soutien technique à la clientèle par téléphone, courriel et clavardage
Résoudre des problématiques telles que : demandes d’accès, mises à jour logicielles, réinitialisation de mots de passe, connexions externes à un ordinateur portable (imprimantes, moniteurs, etc.), environnement Windows, etc.
Créer, gérer, résoudre et assurer le suivi des billets (tickets)

Profil recherché :
Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques
Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français
Expérience en centre d’appels et formation ou études techniques
Disponibilité requise pour tous types de quarts (jour, soir, nuit, semaine et fins de semaine)
