Frontend Software Engineer at Affir

Become a key player in the Affir team as a Frontend Software Engineer, focusing on Marketing and Privacy. This remote role requires a blend of technical expertise in web applications and strong collaboration skills. At Affir, you'll lead engineering efforts and support peers through complex problem-solving. You will actively participate in the product development lifecycle, identifying and advocating for improvements in technology and processes. Your leadership will foster a culture of quality and talent development within your team, while you also ensure operational support for team artifacts. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team
- Collaborate with product management and design teams
- Identify and advocate for technology or business improvements
- Monitor team metrics and support operational availability
- Improve code review and design standards for your team
- 4+ years of web application development experience
- Proficiency in frameworks like React or Vue
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage significant code changes
