Nisarg looking for a babysitter or nanny in Guelph

We're a family of three my wife and I both work full-time. I work afternoons and my wife works mornings, so our schedules overlap in a way that leaves mornings uncovered. We're originally from India and speak Gujarati at home. We have one son. He mainly speaks Gujarati and doesn't speak English yet, so a sitter who's patient with a language gap (or has experience with non-English-speaking toddlers) would be great he's a good communicator with gestures and expressions even when words don't come across. He loves playing with cars. He's allowed limited screen time (YouTube occasionally, not as a default), so we'd want the sitter to keep it to that rather than using it to fill time We need a babysitter for mornings, from Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 1PM.
