Fort St. John Co-op is hiring an Assistant Gas Bar Manager for our Gas Bar & Car Wash located at 11432 - 100th Street in Fort St. John, BC.

What you'll do:
You will provide leadership, direction, and training for your team by demonstrating proficiency in the following abilities:
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and develop strong customer relationships.
- Site Standards: Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall site appearance.
- Product Availability: Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability and freshness.
- Team Leadership: Support and motivate the team to meet brand, merchandising, and safety standards.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training in product knowledge and personal development.
- Operational Support: Help ensure efficient and profitable operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Values Representation: Uphold our values of Integrity, Commitment, and Responsibility.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have completed high school.
- You have 5+ years of experience in a retail environment.
- You have 3+ years of experience leading others.
- You're highly proficient on Windows computers, and have experience using Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- You're committed to safety in the workplace.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable providing daily guidance and direction to your team.
- You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- Believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver meaningful solutions, valuing diverse perspectives.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $49,240 to $61,550 annually, commensurate with education and experience.
