Junk Removal Specialist (Toronto)

Seeking Full‑Time Route Drivers
We are 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, the world’s largest junk removal service, looking for full‑time truck team members who are not afraid of labor work, can talk to customers, and can drive our junk trucks.

Schedule and Pay
- Flexible scheduling: 7 days a week
- 4 days a week, 40‑50 hours per week
- Enjoy 3 days off each week
- Immediate start dates & paid training
- Base pay: $28‑$32 per hour (plus profit share, credit card tips)
- Performance bonus (profit share) – higher earnings based on jobs completed
Typical Day
- Drive the Isuzu NPR 17‑20 ft. truck
- Lifting & loading customers’ junk into the truck
- Customer service to ensure clients are delighted
- Sales and negotiation to secure outstanding deals that increase your daily bonus
- Recycling & donation to choose the best disposal options for all materials
- Time management to run your day like your own business
What You Bring
- 21+ years old (required for commercial truck insurance)
- Valid G driver’s license
- Clean 3‑year driving history (no points, suspensions, or violations)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Positive, friendly attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Previous sales and customer service experience is an advantage
