Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities. A keen interest in real estate, a great starting point to break in and learn the industry.
Responsibilities
- Digital ad and social media management
- Maintain accurate and organized files for property listings, client information, and transaction documents.
- Conduct data entry tasks to update property listings and client databases.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or submission.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients.
Experience
- Strong computer knowledge (Canva, social media, ad creation)
- Excellent phone etiquette to foster professional communication.
- Proficiency in data entry and file management practices.
** No real estate license required
