Entry-Level Outdoor Sales Rep — Uncapped Commission

TER DM Sales in Toronto is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to engage with potential customers in residential areas, identify needs, explain our products, build rapport, and close sales while working toward weekly targets.

No prior sales experience is required. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and performance-based incentives in a supportive team environment. This is a full-time, in-person role with uncapped weekly commissions.
