Technical Sales Manager Voltage Power Sports Location 60 Harbour Drive St. John's, NL Salary 70,000 annually / 80 to 170 hours bi-weekly + 5% commission per sale Minimum wage is guaranteed Full time, 09:00 to 17:00 Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Financial benefits, Other benefits Languages English Education College/CEGEP or equivalent experience Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Retail service establishment Responsibilities: Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales Determine merchandise and services to be sold Implement price and credits policies Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Oversee payroll administration Conduct performance reviews Supervise office and volunteer staff Supervision 5-10 people Experience and specialization Sales experience Fitness equipment Benefits Financial benefits Bonus Commission Other benefits Free parking available Other benefits Team building opportunities Parking available Until: 2026-11-14
