My name is Heather. I am looking to hire full time, long term nanny immediately. This position also requires travel to a horse ranch for a week each month, Whistler and Naramata for week long summer camps. The placement requires a high energy, adaptable and patient individual to play/care for our NeuroSpicy 7 year old daughter and 4 year old son. I value life experience, strong family values and passion for working with Neurodivergent children. You would be working along side me as the children require one to one support needs. Our home is full of creativity and love. We fully engage ourselves in the childrens world. Whether that’s pretending we are princesses or perhaps Halloween comes in July. The children guide us and we do our best to support them while keeping them regulated. This is an inclusive household and value authenticity. The placement would include light house work such as meal prep, laundry, pet care and spot vacuuming. We are a pet friendly home. Rate of pay $26-$30/hr. Could include Extended Health The essentials are: *Available full time, September - June , Monday - Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm. Able to accommodate the occasional spilt shift and travel for week long periods. I will compensate for this.
- Available full time, July - August, Monday - Friday, either 7am-3pm or 12pm-8am.
- Drivers license and even better would be a car to help commute the kids to and from school/appointments.
- *very fit! My children jump from activity to activity all day long. They rarely sit still.
- takes initiative. Does not wait to be told what to do but will be looking for things to do.
- *strong safety & protective instincts. My children can become overloaded with sensory input and bolt into traffic. This person need to always be hyper-vigilant and seeing dangers before the children do,
- maternal, compassionate, open minded, playful, extremely creative, loves children and protective by nature.
- *Reliable. I have to be able to count on them to show up.
- comfortable with diaper changes, minor
- comfortable with going outdoors and no allergies to animals. We have two cats, a medical service dog, Guinea pigs and two horses.

- clear criminal record check for children under 5 years old.
