Quick Details

Requirements: Valid forklift license + your own vehicle to get to work.

Experience: 1+ years of forklift driving + 6–12 months of warehouse experience.

What You’ll Do
Load & Unload: Safely move, stack, and organize materials using machines.

Support Production: Keep lines stocked and move finished products to storage.

Drive Safely: Navigate inventory carefully through busy, tight warehouse aisles.

Maintenance: Do daily machine inspections and keep your work area clean.

What We're Looking For
Machine Skills: Experience with reach trucks, sit-down counterbalances, and cherry pickers.

Accuracy: Basic math skills to count stock and check shipping labels.

Work Ethic: Punctual, detail-oriented, and ready to stay active in a fast-paced environment.

Cross dock experience is a strong asset!

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move, stage, and store product.

Cross-Dock Distribution: Manage fast-moving freight through our cross-dock environment, ensuring minimal storage time and quick turnaround.

Shipping & Receiving: Scan all inbound and outbound freight using RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.

Shipment Verification: Verify physical counts against shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips) to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.

Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Must have 6+ months of hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience with forklift and valid certification ( minimum 1 year experience)

- A strict commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures is non-negotiable.
- Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs as required.
