With your expertise and leadership, you'll be responsible for developing training programs, coaching our sales representatives to maximize their potential, and refining strategies that drive exceptional results. Requirements:
- Proven sales experience and training skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
- Strong motivational and leadership qualities
