We are currently looking for a Technical Advisor.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• You will handle the opening of quotes and work orders.
• You will ensure the reception of work orders from mechanics and analyze them.
• You will be responsible for invoicing and following up with clients.
• You will answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
• You will ensure client satisfaction regarding the work performed.
• You will act as a substitute or assistant to the service manager.

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF YOU HAVE

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a mechanical workshop environment.
• Comfortable with computers and the Office Suite.
• Bilingual.
• Known for being organised and versatile.
