We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Software Developer - Full Stack specializing in low-code cloud architecture and database engineering to drive a major technical evergreening and data infrastructure modernization initiative. In this role, you will take technical ownership of upgrading, restructuring, and migrating a suite of business-critical web applications to modern cloud environments. Operating across full-stack boundaries, you will translate technical system specifications into secure, high-performance web applications, engineer resilient backend integration layers, and optimize data architectures to ensure full alignment with enterprise data strategy standards.

Responsibilities
Low-Code Web Application Engineering: Design, develop, test, and continuously enhance enterprise-tier web applications leveraging the Oracle APEX rapid application development framework.

Advanced Interface Implementation: Implement highly interactive, responsive, and data-driven user interfaces utilizing specialized APEX features such as interactive grids, custom dashboards, analytical charts, and complex dynamic actions.

Backend API & Microservices Integration: Architect, deploy, and maintain secure RESTful web services and transactional data paths using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to facilitate seamless application interoperability.

Database Programming & Architecture: Lead logical and physical data modeling tracks, writing highly optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and complex PL/SQL packages to handle high-volume data manipulation and transactional integrity.

Cloud-Native Modernization & Migration: Support the infrastructure transition from end-of-life systems onto modern cloud infrastructure, specifically Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platforms.

Tier-3 Troubleshooting & Environment Triage: Conduct forensic root-cause analysis to debug, patch, and resolve deep-seated software bugs, installation scripts, or performance bottlenecks during multi-tier code deployments, data conversions, and system migrations.

Quality Assurance & Verification: Formulate detailed technical specifications, generate clean code, manage source controls, and execute comprehensive unit and system integration testing to ensure absolute reliability.

Accessibility & Governance Compliance: Verify that all digital interaction layers, user workflows, and system documentation adhere strictly to information management concepts and digital inclusivity regulations (AODA compliance standards).

Technical Collaboration & Walkthroughs: Facilitate cross-functional design walkthrough sessions, collaborate tightly with project infrastructure teams, and author complete technical artifacts and system runbooks.

Qualifications
Core Application Development Seniority: Progressive professional experience serving as a Senior Full-Stack Developer or Core Software Engineer within mature, data-dense enterprise application environments.

Oracle APEX Domain Specialization: Demonstrated hands-on expertise building and debugging enterprise-grade solutions using Oracle APEX, with verified proficiency running interactive reports and advanced dynamic actions.

ORDS Integration Competency: Solid, practical understanding of Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), with a proven track record creating secure RESTful APIs for database communication layers.

Master-Level Database Programming: Strong professional command of relational database design, data modeling, and advanced programming using SQL and PL/SQL.

Cloud Infrastructure Familiarity: Direct exposure to cloud platform ecosystems, with a specific focus on deploying or supporting web applications hosted within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
