Elevate your design skills with RW&CO. as a Fashion Designer in a hybrid work model. Join us in creating collections that resonate with today's fashion and culture. As a key player at RW&CO., you will lead the design of seasonal assortments, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics while appealing to customer needs. Your expertise in interpreting global trends into viable designs will be crucial. Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and other partners to bring creative concepts to fruition, ensuring each collection reflects our vision and engages our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Design seasonal assortments that align with RW&CO. aesthetics
Translate cultural influences into fashion-forward designs
Develop clear sketches and design packages
Refine fitting, construction, and finishing details
Collaborate closely with Merchandising for innovative designs

Requirements:

Degree in Fashion Design or related field
3–5 years of fashion design experience
Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics
Excellent attention to detail in sketches and concepts
Bilingual in French and English for partner communication
