Construction Labourer

**Subterra HDD is hiring General Labourers to join our team!**

We offer competitive wages, overtime opportunities, living-out allowance, and long weekends and holidays off. Applicants must be willing to travel throughout Saskatchewan and work extended hours (12+ hours/day). Projects within the next year + are located within 1 hour of Regina, SK.

Responsibilities
- Assist with horizontal directional drilling (HDD) operations and underground utility installations
- Support equipment operators and drilling crews with daily tasks
- Assist with equipment setup, tooling changes and drilling fluid preparation
- Load, unload and transport materials, tools and equipment
- Perform general site preparation, cleanup and maintenance
- Follow safe work practices and participate in required HSE activities

Qualifications
- Previous construction or HDD experience an asset, but not required
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Class 1A driver's license an asset
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Relevant safety certifications considered an asset

Wages are negotiable based on experience.
