Director Of Financial Planning Sasktel

Lead SaskTel’s five-year financial planning in Regina, using strategic analysis and strong financial leadership to guide business decisions. This permanent full-time position is on-site.Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Finance leads financial planning and departmental relationships. The position develops SaskTel Telco’s plan, supports Holdco planning, and works with departments on budgeting and forecasting. It also oversees regulatory reporting, controls, and capital planning.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Financial Planning and Departmental Relationship teamProvide strategic financial information to executives and directorsDevelop five-year financial plans, budgets, controls, and proceduresAnalyze monthly variances and communicate financial performance resultsCoordinate CRTC filings, submissions, and regulatory financial inputsRequirements:
Professional Accounting Designation, CPAStrong financial background in a managerial environmentSeveral years’ corporate accounting and financial reporting experienceExperience with capital and operating budget processesKnowledge of telecommunications and SaskTelBring CPA expertise, financial planning leadership, regulatory knowledge, and negotiation skills to SaskTel’s Regina finance team.
