Project Overview
Jira Administrator will provide training, development, configuration, and technical support to the CIS Project workstreams
The Clinical Information System (CIS) Consolidation Project is seeking the assistance of a JIRA Administrator to support the CIS Project workstreams which encompass several key activities: Providing JIRA Training & Support; collaborate with multiple project stream leads to understand requirements for JIRA configuration; design, develop, and implement custom JIRA solutions; configure workflows, fields, screens, and permissions; ensure project teams are optimizing the use of JIRA based on best practices; troubleshoot and resolve issues with custom configurations.
The Clinical Information System (CIS) Consolidation Project requires a JIRA Administrator capable of working with several project resources to ensure the JIRA tool is optimized across all streams of the project. The JIRA Administrator will be responsible for identifying, gathering, and documenting requirements that they will then configure in Atlassian tools. The JIRA Administrator will serve as the central point for resolving JIRA issues and monitoring overall use of system. The JIRA Administrator will be responsible for developing and delivering training material for project team members. The JIRA Administrator will promote the use of new features and best practices to project leads.
The chosen individual's work will be comprised of a mixture of steady state and project-based efforts.
Some after hours and weekend work may be required for the successful candidate, however, any overtime or work during non-business hours must be approved in advance.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-opContract length: 12 months
Pay: $15.30-$37.45 per hour
