Die Light:Guard GmbH ist ein Technologieunternehmen, welches Dienstleistungen in der Windenergiebranche in den Bereichen Datenerfassung, -verarbeitung, -interpretation und -aufbereitung anbietet. Unser Kernauftrag ist es, mit der Realisierung der Bedarfsgesteuerten Nachtkennzeichnung (BNK) und dem damit verknüpften Akzeptanzgewinn seitens der Bevölkerung den weiteren Ausbau der Windenergie zu unterstützen.
Wir arbeiten mit einem interdisziplinären und internationalen Team an verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland und sind bestrebt, unser Team in punkto Geschlecht, Hautfarbe, Religion und Herkunft divers zu gestalten. Für unsere Büros in Dresden oder Hamburg suchen wir zum nächsten möglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Sales Manager*in.
Deine Aufgaben
- Betreuung des gesamten Vertriebszyklus vom Erstkontakt bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss
- Kundenbedarf analysieren, Kunden beraten und zusammen mit Fachabteilungen Lösungen erarbeiten
- Angebote für Kunden bezüglich Technik, Terminen und kaufmännischen Bedingungen gestalten
- Verkaufsverhandlungen führen (technische Inhalte definieren, Vertragsmodalitäten im Rahmen der betrieblichen Vorgaben festhalten und Vertragsabschluss tätigen)
- Eigenverantwortliche Bestandskundenpflege und gemeinschaftlich abgestimmte Kaltakquise
- Kontaktpflege und Ansprechpartner zu am Markt relevanten OEMs (Anlagenhersteller) im Bereich Windenergie bei operativen vertrieblichen Themen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsleiters bei der Konzeptentwicklung für neue Märkte und Produkte
- Führen von genauen Aufzeichnungen und Dokumentationen zur Berichterstattung (CRM-System)
- Überwachung und Analyse von Daten und Marktbedingungen, um Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erkennen
- Vorschläge zur Produktentwicklung und Anregungen für Verbesserungen und Innovationen geben
- Übernahme von repräsentativen Aufgaben, z.B. bei Kundenveranstaltungen oder Messen
- Betreuung eines Ziel-OEMs und eines Ziel-Marktes nach gemeinsamer Erarbeitung mit dem Business Development
Dein Profil
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit (bspw. im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich) und hast Interesse in einem neuen Wachstumsbereich der Erneuerbaren Energien zu arbeiten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erste Erfahrung in der Windbranche (mindestens 2 Jahre) oder alternativ Erfahrung im Sales Management (mindestens 2 Jahre)
- Ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und IT-Produkte ist wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, MS-Office, MS-Teams
