You'll work within a multidisciplinary environment, focusing on practical solutions for critical infrastructural conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support diverse geotechnical project assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and field staff effectively
- Prepare contract documents, proposals, and reports
- Conduct engineering assessments for soil and rock conditions
- Maintain client relationships and develop new service opportunities
- University degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering
- 10 to 15 years of related experience required
- Professional Engineering Designation in Ontario or eligibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and geotechnical software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
