Roads Major Projects Senior Manager

Shape Egis major roads projects in Toronto, leading highway design, project delivery, client coordination, and transportation programs across Ontario and Quebec.As Senior Manager, Roads, you will guide complex provincial, municipal, and major infrastructure assignments. The role combines roadway design leadership with scope, schedule, resource, risk, commercial, and client management. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams supporting transportation authorities, transit infrastructure, and capital programs through detailed design and construction support.Key Responsibilities:
Lead provincial highways, freeways, interchanges, widenings, and rehabilitation projectsEstablish scope, delivery strategies, schedules, deliverables, and resource plansSupport estimating, constructability reviews, design integration, and technical resolutionContribute to forecasts, utilization, fees, scope, and change managementSupport proposals, interviews, capture planning, and major pursuitsRequirements:
15–20 years’ progressive transportation engineering experienceProfessional Engineer registration in Ontario or eligibilityExperience with MTO or equivalent transportation authoritiesExperience leading multidisciplinary transportation infrastructure design teamsExperience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, P3, or similar modelsApply major-project delivery, commercial awareness, and roadway engineering leadership to Egis programs serving Eastern Canada.
