Warehouse Associate

Hamilton, ON
$20.50 per hour
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(Some weekends may be required)

Steady daytime shift – no rotating schedule

3PL Inc. is currently hiring Warehouse Associates to support a busy food production and distribution facility in Hamilton .

This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in keeping operations organized, safe, and running smoothly.

Immediate start available.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive, verify, and store incoming products and materials
• Pick and stage orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Assist with inventory counts and product rotation (FIFO)
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
• Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow food safety, GMP, and warehouse safety procedures

Warehouse team members help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while supporting production and customer orders.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working in cooler or refrigerated areas

This position offers full-time hours on a temporary / assignment basis.
