Recruitment Consultant, Bilingual French-English Speaking - Canada (Remote)

Wilson is seeking a motivated, consultative, and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic, and talented team—someone who will play an integral part in acting as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate. In this role, you will combine cutting‑edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver the best talent to meet the critical recruiting needs of our clients. We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic, knowledge of best practices for attracting top talent, the ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships, and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction. Our recruiters provide an exceptional candidate experience through management of all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for both interviews and hire.

YOU WILL:

• Oversee the selection process, including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback from our clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management, demonstrating the ability to anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences by delivering strong submit‑to‑interview and interview‑to‑offer ratios.
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers (clients) on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes, focusing on adding value and doing what is best for the client.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain reports, such as applicant tracking system data and reports, along with other related administrative responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating, and closing candidates, while achieving results in a fast‑paced, metrics‑ and deadline‑driven recruiting environment.
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
• Keep the recruiting pipeline in mind at all times. Additionally, you must be able to confidently communicate the pipeline to others.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and the client relationship.
• Possesses strong time prioritization skills, embraces change, and demonstrates flexibility when directions and priorities shift.
• Actively participates on the recruiting team and looks for ways to add value, in addition to fostering an environment of open collaboration.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system, and a strong social media presence.

Cette personne jouera un rôle essentiel à titre de partenaire de confiance auprès de la clientèle et veillera aux intérêts des personnes candidates. Dans ce rôle, vous combinerez des stratégies de recrutement de pointe et une connaissance approfondie du marché afin de trouver les meilleurs talents pour répondre aux besoins prioritaires de nos clients.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS :

• Superviser le processus de sélection, notamment le repérage et l’évaluation des candidatures, les entrevues téléphoniques de présélection, la coordination des entrevues et la collecte des commentaires auprès des clients et des personnes candidates.
• Constituer et maintenir un solide réseau de personnes candidates grâce à des recherches sur le marché et à la gestion continue d’un bassin de talents.
• Anticiper les besoins des clients et les préférences des gestionnaires responsables de l’embauche afin d’obtenir des taux élevés de conversion des candidatures présentées en entrevues, puis des entrevues en offres d’emploi.
• Élaborer une stratégie de recrutement créative et proactive pour repérer les personnes en recherche active d’emploi ainsi que celles qui ne le sont pas.
• Présenter des candidatures de qualité pour les postes à pourvoir et répondre aux objections soulevées au cours du processus d’embauche.
• Conseiller les gestionnaires responsables de l’embauche chez nos clients sur la sélection finale, la rémunération et les processus de recrutement, en privilégiant la valeur ajoutée et les intérêts du client.
• Entretenir des relations solides avec les clients et les personnes candidates et veiller à leur satisfaction.
• Atteindre les objectifs hebdomadaires et mensuels de présentation de candidatures et d’embauche.
• Mettre à jour et tenir à jour les données et les rapports du système de suivi des candidatures, ainsi que les autres rapports pertinents, et assumer les responsabilités administratives connexes.

• Capacité démontrée à mener à bien toutes les étapes du recrutement, notamment l’analyse du marché concurrentiel, la recherche de personnes qui ne sont pas activement à la recherche d’un emploi, les recherches avancées sur Internet, la négociation et l’obtention de l’acceptation des offres, tout en obtenant des résultats dans un environnement de recrutement au rythme soutenu, axé sur les indicateurs de rendement et le respect des échéances.
• Capacité à dépasser les attentes et les objectifs de rendement et à intégrer la rétroaction pour obtenir les résultats souhaités.
• Capacité à garder en tout temps une vue d’ensemble du bassin de candidatures et à en communiquer l’état avec assurance.
• Approche fortement axée sur la clientèle et engagement envers l’amélioration continue.
• Capacité à mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement et à expliquer clairement l’externalisation des processus de recrutement (RPO) ainsi que la nature de la relation avec le client.
• Solide capacité à gérer son temps et ses priorités, ouverture au changement et souplesse lorsque les orientations et les priorités évoluent.
• Participation active au sein de l’équipe de recrutement et recherche de façons d’apporter une valeur ajoutée, tout en favorisant un climat de collaboration ouverte.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment une connaissance intermédiaire de la suite Microsoft Office, de l’expérience avec un système de suivi des candidatures et une présence active sur les médias sociaux.
