Nanny - Flexible Hours

We are looking for a wonderful, caring, and reliable nanny to join our family starting in December or January. We have a sweet baby girl who will be one year old, and we are looking for someone to work approximately 30 to 35 hours per week. Because Lundy works shifts in emergency medicine, our schedules can vary, so we are hoping to find someone who is flexible and comfortable with a mix of early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and occasional weekends. We are looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our family for years to come. We hope to have more children in the future and would love to find someone interested in growing with our family over the long term. About the role The primary responsibility will be caring for our daughter and supporting her daily routines, including meals, naps, playtime, and age-appropriate activities. The position is approximately 30 to 35 hours per week and requires flexibility, as the schedule will occasionally include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. In addition to childcare, we would appreciate light household assistance such as tidying, organizing, laundry, meal preparation, and other minor household tasks. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can help create a safe, loving, engaging, and nurturing environment for our daughter. The ideal person is warm, patient, dependable, trustworthy, and adaptable. We value someone who is responsible, proactive, and genuinely enjoys caring for young children. We are seeking a long-term relationship with someone who is excited to become an important part of our family's journey as it grows. We also have two very friendly dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Labrador Retriever, so being comfortable around dogs is important. (Full-Time, Live-Out) For morning, day, evening (for weekends)
