Take the lead in Facilities Management with The Confluence! As the Senior Manager of Facilities & Parkland, you'll ensure our 40-acre site is well-maintained and visitor-ready. In this strategic role, you will oversee operations, lead a dedicated facilities team, and manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance and safety across all facilities and parkland. Your project management expertise will be essential as you handle budgeting, risk management, and maintenance operations, aligning them with organizational goals and visitor experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead facilities team and vendor coordination efforts
• Manage budget forecasting and monitor vendor performance
• Develop policies for venue and facilities management
• Conduct safety reviews and compliance checks
• Provide monthly reports on operational performance

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent post-secondary education
• 7-10 years of facilities management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
