Le poste :

Mecademic est à la recherche d'un coordinateur d'événements et de communautés avec un minimum de cinq ans d'expérience. Ce poste implique la planification stratégique et l'exécution d'événements, y compris des salons professionnels, des lancements de ventes et des rassemblements de partenaires. Les responsabilités s'étendent également au soutien du réseau de partenaires en facilitant l'accès au matériel de marketing pour les activités promotionnelles. Le candidat idéal fera preuve d'un grand sens de l'organisation, d'un grand souci du détail et d'une grande capacité d'adaptation. Des heures supplémentaires occasionnelles et des déplacements internationaux sont nécessaires, avec une compensation appropriée.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Planification et exécution d'événements :

    • Gérer les événements de manière globale, du concept initial à l'analyse postérieure à l'événement (par exemple, salons professionnels, conférences, dîners avec les clients).

    • Superviser tous les aspects logistiques, y compris la sélection des lieux, la gestion des fournisseurs, la restauration et l'expédition du matériel.

    • Assurer une exécution sans faille sur le site afin d'offrir une expérience professionnelle aux participants.

    • Contrôler les budgets et les calendriers des événements afin de maintenir la rentabilité et la ponctualité des livraisons.

  • Soutien au réseau de partenaires :

    • Collaborer avec le concepteur marketing pour fournir aux partenaires les ressources numériques et le matériel nécessaires.

    • Coordonner la distribution des kits des partenaires, en veillant au respect des directives de la marque Mecademic.

    • Aider les partenaires à utiliser ce matériel pour leurs événements indépendants ou collaboratifs.

    • Maintenir une communication cohérente avec les partenaires en ce qui concerne l'image de marque et les activités promotionnelles.

  • Collaboration et engagement des parties prenantes :

    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (ventes, marketing, produits) pour aligner les stratégies événementielles sur les objectifs commerciaux.

    • Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants externes.

    • Produire des rapports post-événement détaillant les idées, les réactions des participants et les recommandations pour les améliorations futures.

Qualifications requises :

  • Un minimum de cinq ans d'expérience dans la coordination d'événements, le marketing événementiel ou le community management.

  • Des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication en français et en anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral).

  • Solides capacités d'organisation et de gestion de projet, capables de gérer plusieurs événements simultanément.

  • Expérience avérée de la collaboration avec des fournisseurs, des partenaires et des équipes interfonctionnelles.

  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion d'événements ou de projets (par exemple, Asana, Jira) ; une bonne connaissance des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (par exemple, HubSpot, Salesforce) est un atout.

  • Une approche flexible, orientée vers les détails et les solutions, excellant dans un environnement en évolution rapide.

  • Une expérience dans les secteurs du B2B, de la technologie ou de l'industrie est souhaitable.

  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression.

The Position:

Mecademic is seeking an Event and Community Coordinator with a minimum of five years of experience. This role involves the strategic planning and execution of events, including trade shows, sales kickoffs, and partner gatherings. Responsibilities also extend to supporting the partner network by facilitating access to marketing materials for promotional activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt. Occasional overtime and international travel are required, with appropriate compensation provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution:

    • Manage events comprehensively, from initial concept to post-event analysis (e.g., trade shows, conferences, customer dinners).

    • Oversee all logistical aspects, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and equipment shipping.

    • Ensure seamless on-site execution to provide a professional attendee experience.

    • Monitor event budgets and timelines to maintain cost efficiency and punctual delivery.

  • Partner Network Support:

    • Collaborate with the Marketing Designer to provide partners with necessary digital assets and materials.

    • Coordinate the distribution of partner kits, ensuring adherence to Mecademic’s brand guidelines.

    • Assist partners in utilizing these materials for their independent or collaborative events.

    • Maintain consistent communication with partners regarding branding and promotional activities.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align event strategies with commercial objectives.

    • Serve as the primary liaison for external vendors and contractors.

    • Generate post-event reports detailing insights, attendee feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or community management.

  • Exceptional communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal).

  • Robust organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple events concurrently.

  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in event or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira); familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.

  • A flexible, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach, excelling in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in the B2B, technology, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
