Aramark is looking for baristas for the National Bank's food service in Montreal

Position: Barista

Location: National Bank (800 St-Jacques Street, Montreal, H3C 1A3)

SALARY: $18.00 — to be discussed during the interview

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

Start date: Immediately 2026

Job Responsibilities

This position contributes to the success of our specialty coffee counter by providing unparalleled customer service. This position creates the Aramark experience for our customers by providing fast service and quality products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Aramark's culture, values, and mission. Remain calm during busy periods or unusual events; maintain operations at their usual pace while setting a good example for the team.
  • Produce quality beverages, ground coffee, and food consistently for all customers by following established recipes and standards.
  • Provide unparalleled customer service by always putting the customer first and connecting with them. Identify and respond to customer needs.
  • Follow Aramark's operational procedures and policies on health and safety at work to ensure the safety of partners during their shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products when they need them.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is an asset
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions, as well as ask for clarification when necessary
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, when required, a vulnerable sector background check. Employment with us will be conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by Aramark.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00.
