Technical Support Specialist at Beanfield
Beanfield Technologies Inc.
Enhance network functionality as a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist with Beanfield, focusing on customer service excellence. This role supports diverse technical services in a team-oriented environment. As a key member of the technical support team at Beanfield, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues within a 9-month contract. Your work on technologies such as Cisco and GPON will directly benefit residential customers. Collaborating with other departments and providing optimal customer care are integral parts of this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer issues related to DWDM and VoIP services
- Troubleshoot LAN configurations and network infrastructures
- Identify significant trends for escalation
- Assist colleagues in Tier 1 and other teams
- Keep up with technological advancements and their implications
- Understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP standards
- Familiarity with hosted voice services and DHCP
- Ability to communicate in both French and English is an asset
- Availability for various shifts, including 24/7
- Commitment to professional growth in technical support
