Production Supervisor

Job Description Summary Effectue les opérations quotidiennes des usines pour assurer la fiabilité et la cohérence de la chaîne de production. Comprend les ateliers d'entretien. Responsable de la qualité de son travail. Assujetti à la supervision directe des opérations, aux instructions de travail prescrites et à une vérification système. Exécute ses tâches dans un cadre opérationnel bien défini. Il y dispose généralement d'une séquence détaillée des tâches opérationnelles standard à suivre pour obtenir le résultat final escompté.
Job DescriptionRôles et responsabilités
- Supervision et gestion des employés de fabrication de première ligne. Généralement manageant des populations d’employés horaires.
- Développer des connaissances conceptuelles de la discipline professionnelle. Peut inclure des rôles de soutien avec une expertise spécialisée ou des connaissances techniques dans un vaste domaine.
- Applique les connaissances en gestion d'entreprise acquises grâce à ses études ou à son expérience antérieure. Comprend comment le travail de sa propre équipe contribue à son domaine.
- Résout les problèmes en utilisant les procédures établies. Consulte le superviseur ou les membres les plus expérimentés de l'équipe pour les problèmes hors des instructions/paramètres définis.
- Collabore avec d'autres collègues pour résoudre des problèmes. Pour les rôles en relation avec le client, développe des relations solides avec le client et sert d'interface entre le client et GE Vernova. Échange des informations techniques, pose des questions et vérifie la compréhension.
Qualifications de base
- • Pour les rôles en dehors des États-Unis - Ce rôle nécessite une expérience de base de la fonction et de la station de travail audio numérique. Connaissances de niveau équivalent à une licence dans une université accréditée (ou un baccalauréat avec une expérience dans un domaine pertinent). • Pour les rôles aux États-Unis - Licence d'une université accrédité (ou diplôme d'études secondaires et/ou diplôme d'étude général avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la fonction).
Caractéristiques souhaitées
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite. Solides compétences relationnelles et de leadership. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome. Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.Remarque : Pour se conformer aux exigences légales américaines en matière d'immigration et autres, il est nécessaire de préciser le nombre minimum d'années d'expérience requis pour tout poste basé aux États-Unis.
