Lead the charge in identity governance solutions as a SailPoint IdentityIQ Support Lead with hands-on skills in patching and ticket resolution. Leverage your expertise in Lifecycle Management and scripting for impactful results. We are seeking a proficient SailPoint IdentityIQ Support Lead to oversee support activities, manage access certifications, and resolve complex issues. In this role, you will implement identity lifecycle management processes and integrate applications utilizing REST APIs and web services. A focus on Bean Shell scripting and workflow management is essential to your success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design identity lifecycle processes for new employee onboarding
  • Integrate applications using REST APIs and JDBC connectors
  • Write Bean Shell scripts for effective policies and workflows
  • Launch access certification campaigns and monitor progress
  • Manage aggregation jobs for identity data consistency
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years with SailPoint IdentityIQ experience
  • Proficient in Bean Shell scripting and Java programming
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations
  • Familiar with identity lifecycle management and RBAC
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
