Responsibilities

- Assembly & Fabrication: Use power tools, pneumatic equipment, and hand tools to assemble mechanical components and finished products.
- Schematics & Blueprints: Interpret basic assembly instructions, production order sheets, and technical drawings accurately.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished assemblies for defects or missing parts, ensuring all products meet strict quality benchmarks.
- Workstation Safety: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow workplace health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing, factory, warehouse, or mechanical environment.
- Skillset: Comfortable using basic hand and power tools with an ability to read simple blueprints or job orders.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and performing routine lifting up to 30–50 lbs.
- Attributes: Punctual, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and a reliable team player.
