Executive Assistant

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team in Regina, SK. You will provide support to top level executives by providing executive level administrative support by providing clerical support, receiving clients and visitors, arranging travel and correspondence, preparing presentations and reports and scheduling meetings. May also be responsible for training and supervising lower-level clerical staff.

  W hat You Will Be Responsible For

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.
•   Maintain annual calendars
• Project manage manufacturing initiatives
• Work closely with manufacturing operations to analyze existing procedures and track trends for on-time deliveries, margins etc.
• Prepare reports, collect, and analyze information; prepare presentations.
• Data analysis; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Perform filtering and sorting of data, V-lookup, pivot tables, and other functions.
• Develop and utilize historical information; provide retrieval of information. Record meeting discussions and provide minutes as required.
  • Maintain confidential files
  • Event planning; customer events, employee events
  • Coordinate customer and supplier visits and factory tours
  •   Manage promotional merchandise

• Overseeing administrative policies within the office.
• Provide clerical and general office support to other offices. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other staff members when appropriate.
• Handle reception duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• High level of computer skill, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Office Education certificate/engineering/manufacturing experience considered an asset
