Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional conduct at all times with customers, staff, and management
• Have a complete knowledge and understanding of ARAMARK and Starbucks policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately take customer orders and process transactions
• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food products according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure beverage and food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, customer areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements regarding food and beverage handling
• Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and replenishment of products and supplies
• Support fellow team members to ensure efficient daily operations
• Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned
• Promote a welcoming and positive environment for all guests

Qualifications

· Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills

· Must be flexible and able to work various shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to accurately prepare beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards

· Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred

· Food Safe certification preferred

· Demonstrates a friendly attitude and commitment to customer service

· Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to uniform standards

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The pay range for this position is $18.30 - $18.30.
