Dental Assistant -Full Time

Job Summary: Lake Centre Dental Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, assist the dentist during procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice. The RDA will utilize their expertise in dental assisting, and dental software to deliver high-quality service to patients of all ages. Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in compliance with infection control protocols. Assist the dentist during various procedures, including restorations, extractions, and orthodontic treatments. Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology and other imaging tools. Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage patient records efficiently using dental management software such as Dentrix and Epic. Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns or questions during visits. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
