Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration across all visual effects departments, meeting the high standards of our projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality rigs for characters and creatures
• Oversee simulations of cloth, hair, and muscle in Houdini
• Facilitate workflow improvements and tool development
• Debug and manage publishing processes via Alembic and USD
• Mentor and supervise artists in various creature disciplines

Requirements:

• 8+ years in high-end VFX with leadership experience
• Strong proficiency in Maya, Houdini, and Python
• Proven track record in multi-disciplinary production
• Solid understanding of shot-based workflows
