Strategic Sourcing Senior Lead at IAMGOLD

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across services • Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for vendor engagement • Perform market analysis to deliver value • Negotiate high-value supplier contracts with legal input • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and initiatives Requirements: • 5 to 8 years in strategic sourcing or procurement • Leadership experience of 3+ years • Relevant designations such as SCMP or CIPS preferred • Experience in mining or oil & gas is advantageous • Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships Lead impactful sourcing initiatives at IAMGOLD, driving sustainability while developing a team that excels in procurement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
