Logistics Office Personnel

Job Responsibility:
We have an opening for a full time office team member. This opportunity is Monday through Friday, though the exact shift will vary (especially during the training period).
Essentially you will fill in where needed, and should an opening present itself you would be in line for one of the dedicated positions.
The duties of this role may include but are not limited to:
- quoting on our trucks as well as through partner carriers, dispatching our fleet, sourcing new business, sending POD's & invoices, collections, payroll, and filing.
* please note that there may be some warehouse work, including the occasional packing of skids. Also, we are willing to train you to receive your forklift certification.
While experience is an asset, it is not strictly necessary. We can teach anybody anything, it is the attitude we are looking for.
Essential skill sets and personal qualities:
- strong attention to detail, extremely organized, the willingness to learn our methods, a positive attitude, and the passion to work hard and grow with the company.
What we offer:
No experience will start at $18.00 an hour. We have a comprehensive benefits package which is fully paid for by the company (effective after 3 months), we have a company pension plan (effective at hire), and we offer paid birthday's off (or a day off in lieu if your birthday falls on a weekend).
