Expected Start Date: September 08, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Leader and District Integrated Healthcare Facility City/Town: Leader Department: Ambulance - Land Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.75 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends, Standby Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 4 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: EMS Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Emergency Medical Technician $29.909 to $36.572 Travel Required: No Job : Reporting to the Southwest EMS Operations Manager the Emergency Medical Technician - Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) is responsible for responding to emergent and non-emergent EMS calls for service; and for providing initial assessment, treatment, stabilization and transport of ill or injured persons at the Basic Life Support level. The PCP will provide care with strict adherence to: Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) core values, policies, and work standards; Saskatchewan College of Paramedics (SCoP) Paramedic Clinical Practice Protocols; The Paramedics Act and SCoP Regulatory and Administrative Bylaws; and The Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Primary Care Paramedic diploma (PCP)

- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
- Automated External Defibrillator Certificate (AED)
- Valid Class 4 driver's license
