Anti-Money Laundering Manager at KPMG

Drive compliance excellence at KPMG as a remote Anti-Money Laundering Manager. Oversee internal AML programs while ensuring regulatory adherence and enhancing organizational integrity. KPMG in Canada is seeking a Manager for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance. This role demands a minimum of 5 years in regulatory compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. You will play a critical role in safeguarding KPMG's reputation through rigorous compliance procedures and collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

Administer the firm's AML compliance program
Monitor regulatory advisories and recommend improvements
Conduct risk-based assessments with detailed documentation
Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
Build cross-functional relationships with legal counsel

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years in regulatory compliance roles
Knowledge of Canadian AML regulations and FINTRAC guidelines
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
