Surveillant·e de travaux Mécanique du bâtiment
Nous recherchons un·e surveillant·e de travaux en mécanique du bâtiment (5 - 7 ans d`'expérience) pour appuyer la réalisation de projets commerciaux, industriels et institutionnels. La personne idéale possède une solide compréhension des systèmes mécaniques, un excellent sens du terrain et une rigueur dans le suivi technique.
Notre client est une firme de génie-conseil québécoise réunissant plus de 200 talents et figurant parmi les 25 plus importantes au Québec.
Responsabilités
Surveiller l'exécution des travaux et assurer la conformité aux plans, devis et normes.
Analyser et interpréter les plans et documents techniques multidisciplinaires.
Rédiger les rapports de suivi et documenter les enjeux de chantier.
Proposer des solutions techniques et en assurer le suivi avec les entrepreneurs.
Gérer les demandes de changement et participer aux négociations.
Participer aux réunions de chantier et au suivi des échéanciers.
Profil recherché
AEC ou DEC en mécanique du bâtiment.
5-7 ans d'expérience pertinente.
Excellente capacité d'interprétation de plans et devis.
Rigueur en rédaction et maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
Communication professionnelle, autonomie et sens de la négociation.
Permis de conduire et véhicule (déplacements région Montréal).
