Supply Chain Management Administrator

CDN is a recognized industry leader in the energy services sector. CDN is a full-service provider with expertise in E&I maintenance, renewables/solar, major projects, combustion & emissions reduction, and measurement.

We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Management Administrator based out of our Grande Prairie branch . This position provides support to the Supply Chain Management team through general administrative duties, facilitating documentation, purchasing assistance, equipment tracking, vendor communications, and ensuring the efficient flow of information within a warehouse-based office environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in various operating systems to support Supply Chain and Procurement activities.
• Review, audit, and post daily inventory transactions.
• Generate, process, and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and freight waybills.
• Run, prepare, and distribute reports as required by the department.
• Work with vendors and SCM to obtain applicable documentation as required.
• Maintain and audit equipment tracking records to ensure accuracy.
• Create and support SCM in the completion of weekly audits.
• Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies with vendors.
• Create and process invoice and vendor returns.
• Process vendor credits accurately and in a timely manner.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Must be an effective listener with effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with procurement, inventory, ERP, or business systems
