Techno Functional Consultant Oracle HCM

Join us as a Techno Functional Consultant for Oracle HCM, specializing in Cloud technologies and Payroll support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills in enterprise settings. We need an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant with over 8 years of extensive experience in payroll and production support. You will be at the forefront of utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud tools while providing L2/L3 support, ensuring a smooth operational flow within our enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate L2/L3 support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Ensure Payroll systems operate efficiently with hands-on support
• Utilize BI Publisher and OTBI for analytics reporting
• Write SQL and PL/SQL code for system enhancements
• Manage incidents following Agile best practices

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong payroll knowledge
• Proven experience in L2/L3 enterprise support
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
• Familiar with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits management
• Experience managing processes through Agile frameworks
