Expert Fiscal Virtuel chez Intuit

Développez votre carrière fiscale avec Intuit en tant qu'expert fiscal virtuel. Aidez les clients à utiliser TurboImpôt pour remplir leurs déclarations de revenus et donner des conseils d'expert. Dans ce rôle virtuel, vous fournirez des conseils fiscaux et vous aiderez les clients à naviguer dans les complexités des déclarations. Vous examinerez les retours des clients, préparerez des déclarations complètes et répondrez aux demandes sur les produits. Votre expertise aidant les clients à prospérer est au cœur de cette fonction dynamique. Key Responsibilities:

Aider les clients à compléter leurs déclarations fiscales avec TurboImpôt
Fournir des conseils fiscaux et soutenir les retours personnels
Utiliser des sites gouvernementaux et des ressources professionnelles
Interagir avec les clients par vidéo et maintenir des dossiers précis
Travailler en horaires flexibles pour au moins 20 heures par semaine

Requirements:

Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en préparation de déclarations fiscales
Expérience avec un logiciel fiscal professionnel
Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
Capacité à travailler en horaires flexibles
Identification RepID requise pour l'intégration
