Contribute to community safety as a Senior Learning Experience Designer with the Safety Codes Council. Design engaging, impactful learning strategies for technical audiences within a hybrid work environment. This full-time, term position focuses on creating eLearning and workshops tailored to enhance performance and outcomes. You will develop curricula, collaborate with subject matter experts, and apply user experience and accessibility best practices to learning design. Your thoughtful approach to instructional design will directly support Alberta's public safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop eLearning and workshops for technical audiences
• Build comprehensive curricula and learning frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape effective learning solutions
• Apply UX and accessibility principles in design
• Review content for clarity and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5+ years in instructional design
• Strong experience with eLearning course creation
• Proficient in Articulate 360 or similar tools
• Experience with technical subject matter experts
• Commitment to learner-centered design
