Marketing and Communications LeadRegular Full-timeDuties: Reporting to the Director, Marketing, Communications and Donor Relations and working closely with the other members of the Marketing and Communications department. This position is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, social media content, events, promotions, and communications. The Marketing and Communications Lead is a critical team member who will work to build our brand across regional, national and international markets. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have a post-secondary diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of professional marketing and communications experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in integrated marketing, including content strategy, campaign planning and execution, marketing analytics, and multi-channel communications, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience in project coordination is essential, including planning, scheduling, and delivering multiple projects from concept to completion, and coordinating the work of internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. They will be a detail-oriented, resourceful self-starter who can manage competing priorities and deadlines, use data to guide decision-making, and thrive in a collaborative, diverse environment with multiple stakeholders.
