Responding to
requests or complaints made by guests in a professional
and polite manner in order to guarantee customer

Prepare budgets and
monitor revenues and expenses <\/span><\/span>

Monitoring department
issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen
recurring issues <\/span><\/span>

Participate in the
development of pricing and promotional strategies <\/span><\/span>

Supporting service
personnel with questions posed by guests and taking over from
the support staff if any issues arise <\/span><\/span>

Negotiate with
suppliers for the provision of materials and

Develop service

Recruit and supervise

- A bachelor’s

- Proven working
