Strategic Talent Partnering

  • Telling compelling career stories and selling a vision
  • Helping people imagine futures — and leadership journeys — they may not have considered
  • Partner closely with leaders to understand business priorities, team dynamics, and future leadership needs
  • Adviseon role design, talent strategy, and market insights

End-to-endRecruitment

  • Ownfullcyclerecruitment for professional, managerial, and senior rolesinCanada
  • Lead structured intake, assessment, and selection processes
  • Ensure hiring decisions align with Techo-Bloc’s values, culture, and long-term vision
  • Proactivelyidentifyand engagepassive candidatesthrough networking, relationships, and targeted outreach
  • UseAI and technologyto draft creative job postings, personalize outreach, and elevate sourcing strategies
  • Leverage social platforms, digital tools, and data to reach talent beyond traditional job boards
  • Recruit with a succession mindset — building depth, not just capacity
  • Identifyhighpotential talent and help leaders think beyond immediate needs
  • Support internal mobility and leadership development initiatives

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience
  • Proven success recruiting professional, managerial, or senior roles
  • Strong ability to partner with leaders and executives
  • Business minded, confident, and comfortableinfluencingwithout authority
  • Bilingual (French & English) —English is required to serve our clients and employees located outside Quebec and in the U.S.;
  • A genuine passion for people, leadership, andlong-termimpact
