Drive business transformation and profitable growth initiatives as a Manager at BDO in Toronto. Apply consulting, communication, and AI value creation expertise across blended work settings.BDO’s Financial Advisory Services team is seeking a Manager for Strategy, Value Creation & Analytics. The practice helps clients improve financial and operational performance through hands-on, data-driven work. Projects include strategy planning, revenue and margin improvement, cost reduction, process design, M&A, turnaround, and AI-driven value creation.Key Responsibilities:
Consult with client personnel and lead interviewsDetermine required analyses and outline project plansWork across multiple Strategy, Value Creation & Analytics areasDevelop and maintain internal and external client relationshipsContribute to practice development and managementRequirements:
Relevant undergraduate university degree requiredFour to six years of relevant professional experienceUnderstanding of AI applications for value creationStrong initiative, adaptability, rigor, and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and under pressureUse transformation consulting, practical analysis, and relationship-building skills to deliver high-quality outcomes for BDO clients.
