The Analytics Lab is the center of excellence in AI/Machine Learning within Change & Solutions serving the Americas region. The team sits across the US and Canada, working closely with our internal clients to provide innovative and tailor-made AI solutions to improve our client knowledge, operations and reduce risks.
In Canada, the team is located in downtown Montreal, at the heart of a thriving ecosystem of startups, world-class academic institutions, and talented workforce.
The Lab is also proudly part of Analytics Consulting, a global team of international experts that builds AI solutions for CIB. Beyond the presence in Americas, you will have the chance to collaborate and participate in projects with people from Paris, Lisbon, London, and Warsaw.

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed
Student in Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Optimization, Statistics or Mathematics Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, database manipulation (SQL), statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with source control & versioning (GIT) Experience or interest with MLOps (MLFlow). Knowledge of containerization techniques (Docker & Kubernetes). Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of French and English is required. Very strong work ethic and ability to deal with confidential information.What's in it for you

In-office presence is required a minimum of 3 days per week, one of which must be on a Monday and/or a Friday.
